Stupid Outlook Question

Outlook version 14 from Office 10

In messages, under the Options tab, the Page Color option is grayed out, no matter what style of text I am using (HTML or Rich Text). I have checked through the program options and can’t find anything about this. I have tried to check the various Help options but couldn’t find anything about this.

Reason: annoying co-worker sends emails with annoying backgrounds, which I would like to remove when replying or forwarding her messages.

Never mind, folks, apparently my unit in our company only installs a limited set of features.

The annoying co-worker is at another unit, which apparently has different installation standards.

Ha, that’s exactly the first thing I thought of when I read the subject line. I’m glad you figured out the problem. Didn’t you retire though? Why do you even have to worry about stupid Outlook or stupid coworkers?
