Agreed on the Cheese Roll. In fact, my wife and I were talking about making the trip across the pond to check it out.

I thought this thread would be about this book by Rick Reilly, which I’ve read and recommend.
Oh great, another SDMB "sports are stupid’ thread written by some nerd who is still carrying around his jealousy of the jocks in high school. Just because you couldn’t get on the ferret legging team back in tenth grade doesn’t mean putting a wild animal down your pants is stupid.
