Aaaaaagh, I’m so mad at myself!!!
So, last Friday, my teachers hand out this form about immunizations and we had to fill it out. Well, I wasn’t sure if I got that particular immunization and the teacher told my class that it’s very important that we fill out and hand it back in. So I ask my mother if I ever got it, but she’s not sure. So, on Monday, she drove all the way to the doctor’s, found out I had taken it already, filled out the form for me at the doc’s, drove all the way and went through all that trouble for me. I didn’t take it to school until today. And then, during the course of the day, I forgot to hand it in. At the end of school, I remembered the form sitting in my bag. And guess what???
I LOST THE DAMN FORM!!! I am such an IDIOT!!! ARGH!!! :mad:
Well, I got another form and I’m going to have ask my mother when I got the immunization. Then, I’m going to hand it in first thing tomorrow morning. Sigh.
