And a good thing the boy’s got his priorities straight. It’s a qualifier, dammit! Short of actually playing the Euro Championships (or the World Cup, but hey, not ALL countries make it there :smack: ), it’s the biggest thing. Some women will understand, but most won’t, and those will just have to deal.

for the record i’m back in the good books again - but at a price. I had to have lunch with her family.
But can you forgive her for being a Man U fan? That’s really the issue here.
Watching the Arsenal vs Man Utd FA Cup game a few months back whilst lying in bed with a Man Utd fan was definitely a new experience. The relationship survived though - despite my excessive gloating when arsenal won.
But with Arsenal vs Man Utd coming up in about a week - the match that will probably decide who wins the Premiership this season - its certainly going to get interesting.
I totally agree. And, it’s not like it was even a real sport. It was just soccer, fer cryin’ out loud!
