I have a new Motorola V3 and have a cable to hook it up to my laptop, but am looking for some software that will allow me to create my own rings, upload and download photos and other stuff.
Preferably a freeware program, but am willing to pay for software if it is worth it.
Any suggestions?

I can’t remember paying so much for this program, but maybe it is cheaper elsewhere?
It doesn’t create ringtones but you can upload/download photos and ringtones with this program. For actually creating ringtones I think you’d need a sound editing program; I use Sound Forge which came preloaded on my Sony computer.
