I like Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me. I’ve listened to Car Talk for ages, since before we had podcasts.
What else ought I be downloading?
I’ve been listening to The Nerdist podcast a lot lately. Mostly pop-culture stuff with a heavy slant toward the nerd/geek/fandom crowd. They get good guests–Nathan Fillion, the *Community *cast (individually), Robert Kirkman (creator of The Walking Dead), Adam Savage from Mythbusters, Bill Maher, Craig Ferguson, Simon Pegg–to name a few. The show definitely lives up to its name, but the main host, Chris Hardwick, is an experienced entertainer/performer and he keeps things rolling.
If you register at Stitcher you can tell it what you like (such as Wait Wait…) and it will give you suggestions of similar things.

Pop My Culture, with Cole Stratton and Vanessa Ragland.
I also listen to the Nerdist podcast, and especially like one of the new ones they’ve started up from Riki Lindhome called Making It.
And then there’s Kevin Pollak’s Chat Show, which I watch on YouTube but is a popular audio podcast too.
Love everything about it except the closer–the lead guy wants everyone to say the line in unison and they never do.
