We did this last year, and I’d like to think it was semi-useful. So, if you know any solid return dates for your favorite shows, and/or would like to bring attention to a new summer show, please provide the dates in this thread…

…but limit yourself to shows you do/plan to watch, please, so we know what you think is worth tuning in for.* I could list three dozen dates right now, but what’s the fun in that?

  • if you’re stumped and ask nicely, I’m sure we can find you dates for many shows we don’t watch, too. Don’t ask for Mad Men or Southland, though, since they won’t be on this summer.

Wipeout is never not being aired by ABC now, but it returns for the summer on June 21st after the NBA Finals finish up.

They’ll never find a Bigfoot, though I predict lots of ooohing and aaahing over bear scat and bison hair, and a frenzy of excitement whenever they hear some poor varmint trekking through dry leaves in the distance. :wink:

Commercial Kings, June 24 on IFC looks worth a look.

Necessary Roughness, June 29 on USA. Callie Thorne usually delivers.

Torchwood moves to Starz on July 8.

Men of a Certain Age returned to TNT June 1.

The Glades returns to AETV June 5.

Memphis Beat returns to TNT June 14. Rookie Blue returns to ABC June 16. Neither of these is “must see” TV for me, but if I am bored…

Rizzoli and Isles returns to TNT July 11.
