I wanted to have toast this morning, but the bread was moldy. Ah well, another excuse to have waffles.
I’m working on a music arrangement.

Happy Saturday!
Looks like the sun is coming out.
Who knew Flytrap and I have something in common? He lives in the Armpit of the US and I grew up in the Armpit of AA County.
Yes Spidey but until you grow 6 more hairy legs and multiple eyes I’m not scared.
Doggio you are a brave brave man.
Sarcasm; it is a difficult concept. :dubious:
for some
I should stop playing online and do something.
I really don’t want to go to the armpit today but I said I would.
Mrs. Sario decided she wanted some doughnuts for breakfast so I went and got some. They were excellent, and we have leftovers for later.
I like making my own doughnuts, though I haven’t had the occasion to do so recently.
Cool.
OK, I’ve got a dozen panels awaiting quilting. Where to start, where to start…?
I haven’t made them for a long time. I just copied and typed up my mpm’s recipe for the book I’m making for Sis.
Howdy Y’all! Mowage of the back forty over to the church house and the ingestin’ of a <snerk> Quickie! <snerk> N.O.L. have been accomplished. Da bear is tahrd. Plus it’s ninety Amurrkin out with a heat index of 96. Lots o’ limbs down in the church house yahd, so part of this mornin’ was pickin’ up pee-kahn limbs. Pee-kahn trees have a tendency to drop limbs and we had big tstorms on Wednesday and last night. Anywho 'tis all done. I think I shall forgo cee-mint pond time and have a nappy poo instead. Then, final preparations for dindin for the birthday must commence.
Laterz!
The first four (and smallest) panels are quilted. I’m taking a break before moving on. I think I’ll mark the remaining 8, then sew them all at once. It’s not difficult, but it is tedious…
off to the armpit
I’m not taking my laptop so see y’all tomorrow when I get back
My family has a fancy, state-of-the-art doughnut maker. It’s just about the only fancy kitchen appliance thingy we own, though.
I’ve seen them advertised. Mom’s recipe, which I’ve made, involves yeast, flour, a cast iron Dutch oven and enough oil to deep fry them, among other things .Some she glazed, but usually, she just shook them up in a paper bag with sugar and sometimes cinnamon. They’re just one of the many reasons that my family carries extra weight.
swampy, I think I saw your Tennessee cousin at Kroger today; he was a gentleman about your age with an overflowing buggy full of tp.
Off to start supper prep. I’m tweaking the eggplant lasagne that I tried a few weeks ago.
Had fun at Summerfest. I had a beer at the Bistro on the way home Time to think oabout dinner.
Supper was the last of the chickie salad and a bowl of cantaloupe. Quick, easy, and no cooking required. Works for me!
I think it’s time to log off and assume the knit position. *** MWAH!***
Big round thing glow in sky. Ground get hard and not have water running over it. Not sure what it mean; can’t remember anything like it happ’ning before. But I like it.
It probably has something to do with Stalin.
For those of us who admired Rosie’s purple hat on Facebook, a link.
I came upon it while ordering Go Set a Watchman on Amazon.
