Super Bowl XLVII Thread

I was close to going to bed. So glad I stayed up. Would love to see the Ravens choke this away.

So now my bafflement over the failure to go for 2 is simply more relevant.

ETA: Er, I messed up my math.

Bad hold on the first try, but this game is all about second chances.

Second chances and making mistakes like fumbles, interceptions, and bad special teams.

I really don’t think Akers was ever hit. Rewinding and slo mo and he just dives. Good acting.

Been loving the Niners for 24 years. They have always been a second half team.

Most of the recent Super Bowls have been fun to watch. It’s been 11 years since there was an utter blowout (Bucs over Raiders), and several thrillers (Giants-Pats, Steelers-Cards, all the Pats wins).

Niners defense comes up big. Which team can overcome their own earlier incompetence.

They used to say that Superbowl was never exciting, but as you say, most Superbowls recently has been very exciting indeed – just like this one…

I am loving watching the tweets, such awesome nuggets like this

I just saw that one, too.

Time for another tattoo!

Next time I have a date, I’m gonna ask the waiter to turn the power off about thirty minutes in. Maybe I’ll be able to turn things around.

Culliver with another mistake. Nice.

So Culliver is getting traded in the offseason, right?

I have to say Boldin is fucking amazing. I saw like 8 catches like that against the Browns earlier this year.

Boldin has been awesome, potential MVP.

And we are back to the Niners killing themselves. While the score is close, this isn’t a well played game.

Actually I’ve kept quiet the past two weeks since they made the Super Bowl. I don’t really care since I don’t know you people, but there aren’t too many Ravens fans on here and I barely post as it is.

If Boldin had tried this hard instead of pouting like a baby, the Cardinals would have won the Super Bowl.

This could be epic…
