After watching the Niners defensive game sunday, and the Rams loss last night, I’m starting to have hopes for the Niners in the Superbowl. I see the AFC working out much like everyone else with Steelers and the Raiders playing for the AFC Title game.
I am just not convinced by the Niners, until they play somenday. the Rams, ehhh, turn the ball over waaaay too much and actually look quite beatable (Saints, Bucs, and Giants all played them tough). I am going with a hot Brett Favre (not Evil Brett (not to be confused with Evil Bert)) and Ahman Green to make it from the NFC. And I think they will play the Raiders in a repeat of Super Bowl II.

I disagree with that. I still think the Rams will reach the Super Bowl, if they can fix their turnover problem and get healthy on defense.
But, it’s the Bears in Chicago in the playoffs I’d fear the most as a Rams fan. I really think either the Rams will win the Super Bowl, or Pittsburgh or Oakland. In other words, if the Rams choke, I don’t think any other team in the NFC is good enough to beat the Steelers or Raiders in the Super Bowl.
Not the Niners couldn’t reach the Super Bowl. I just don’t think they’re going to go through the Rams to do it, IMO.

Why don’t you start a “I hate football” thread then we can all come and give our Superbowl predictions?

(Although I think getting past the Raiders will be tougher than beating the Rams)
