Come join me in a little game called Superheroes Alliance. A free iPhone RPG game. Wait, you’re saying, is this another farmville, mob wars, mafia, kinda facebook game? Well yes and no. In setting up it asked if I wanted to connect to my facebook account, I clicked no, and there are no facebook updates to bother anyone else. (would’ve been a dealbreaker if there had)
After character creation, (pick a picture, everything else is the same) there are 2 methods to gain xp; Mission and Battles. Battles are against other players and you can win money off them. Missions are of the variety: “Save the kitten” early on, and then “Kill the Mob Boss” later. Missions give xp and money too.
Money is used to hire/buy sidekicks and vehicles, which add to your stats and also are required for certain missions. You can also buy property which helps you maintain an hourly income.
All in all, I find a very fun diversion. And you can play as much or as little as you want.
