Surfer song with "Yeah, whatever!!"

I’m trying to find this song, but unfortunately I know next to nothing about it.

Anyway, it’s a total surfer song, fast guitar beat, and the lyrics are mostly spoken, all ending with “Yeah, whatever!!” followed by the guitar lick.

Example: (paraphrasing): “I was playing craps with my friends in the street, and this cop walks up and says ‘it’s illegal to gamble, please disburse…’ and I was like, ‘Yeah. WHATEVER!’”
