I notice a number of women responding to this thread regarding JDT’s musings/WAG that “powersucking” a woman’s breasts would be erotic, as the ham handed opinion of some clumsy, hormone saturated adolescent. It is not.
For those who are confused.
1: JDT is obsessed by foreskins and considers their removal akin pleasure genocide. He wants researchers to study foreskins in all their marvelous complexity and keeps a storehouse of data and links as to the current state of foreskin science.
2: JDT apparently has little if any physical experience with women period.

Re the OP: I’d answer the male half of the question, but the only powersucking that has involved me personally, has been my entire life. Which, all encompassing as it is, does not, alas, involve female nipples in any way. 
In the interests of fighting ignorance, however, I went to a bar, explained a learned dissertation I read about the foreskin being important to all things male, particularly sex, and asked permission to powersuck a number of ladies’ nipples.
My case comes up next month.

Two years ago I had breast reduction done. It has been fabulous. However, I have had some changes in sensation. In particular, my nipple PAIN sensitivity went up, while skin sensitivity on the undersides has gone down. Even the thought of the powersuck…shudder
