Yes, it’s back in the Pearl Islands. I guess Burnett likes the combo of lots of skin/available food from the ocean/good security from the Panamanian government, half of which he’s probably bought by now.

This cast looks really good, y’all! I am a total sucker for astronauts. Dan is my pre-love, and I’m just geeked out that he got to spacewalk, people! Damn! Dan, marry me! I’m old enough for you, really!

Ahem. Beyond that, I’m definitely digging most of the older guys. And hair notwithstanding, I’m a fan of Tina – my hubby, being from Minnesota, is a big fan of lumberjack sports, and she’s got muscles most of the guys can only dream about that she uses regularly. She’s going to kick ass and take no prisoners in challenges if she can deal with the heat; Panama and Wisconsin don’t exactly have similar climates.

This season definitely looks fun.

I’m looking forward to it more and more. I haven’t quite yet reached Ian or Ethan levels of excitement, but already I care more about this cast than I did about the cast of Vanuatu at this point, so that is certainly promising. I hope that Dan gets to stick around a while, because I would hate to be all excited over nothing.

Really! And I notice in Dan’s NASA bio, he also has an MD and specialty in physical medicine. I wonder if they liked having Margaret there in Guatemala in the early days so much to keep the staff doctors updated that they decided to try to cast another medical person? With the plus, of course, being that he has really, REALLY cool jobs!
