That info has been on the survivorsucks board for around a week or so. I knew it was only a matter of time before smokinggun picked it up. I’ve read the posts, and frankly, smokinggun puts a little bit different spin on it than what they came across to me. Hmmm, I guess only time will tell!!
I also found it interesting that Sullivan said she wouldn’t comment on it because it wasn’t “public” like arrest records. Well, if it can easily be found on the internet using a search engine, isn’t that “public”? Its not like you need a subscription or you have to pay someone to buy it for you. I think what she means is “We won’t comment on something that we didn’t manage to find out before we cast her”.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they did it on purpose. It’s free publicity, and it’s not beyond CBS’s power to obtain the same documents Smoking Gun has.
