SuSE 9.2 Network install problems

I recently downloaded/burned the mini installation iso for SUSE 9.2. I did a md5sum check and the iso was good so I know the problem isn’t due to a bad iso.

I inserted the disc into the drive and rebooted. I then proceeded with the install and loaded the network card drivers (natsemi) I know this card works in Linux because I’m using Fedora Core 3 to post this. Everytime I try to do the network install from FTP it tells me dhcp config failed . I then noticed on SuSE’s website that the FTP servers seem to be down because I could access the install guidelines which are located there.

Could this be the problem? Do I need to put any special parameters in for my network card when I load the module? What else could I be missing?

That should be couldn’t access the install guidelines.
