Yahoo Answers is pretty much a playground for the phenomenally stupid and the people who entertain themselves by either mocking or imitating the phenomenally stupid. I’d say there’s at least a 50/50 chance that this is written as mockery. It’s hard to say without looking at more of the person’s output.
