Well, counting Google hits isn’t by any means conclusive, but there are 350 for “Johannson”, compared with over 1800 for “Johanson”. I think you’re right.
There is another way. Just ask a Swede. His name is Ingemar Johansson.
Now, back to Catholic saints.
