As if 2014 wasn’t enough RPG awesomeness with Shadowrun DragonFall, Divinity Original Sin, the enhanced version of icewind dale, Might and Magic X, Legend of Grimrock II, Wasteland 2 and others, 2015 is shaping up to be just as good!
Some new info specifically coming out for the nest Shadowrun game: Shadowrun: Hong Kong and Pillars of Eternity.
Shadowrun Hong Kong has got a new kickstarter up, which beat it’s original funding goal in like 2 hours and is now up to almost $500,000.

The game is well in development and they’re basically doing what the Divinity Original Sin guys did, asking for money to really polish up the game up and add some solid, meaty new features. Shadowrun Dragonfall was amazing, I’d definitely recommend it if you haven’t played it (it will run on pretty much any PC or tablet - there is also an IOS version I believe). Hong Kong is focusing on PC first and foremost, so it’ll have some features the previous titles didn’t offer, like larger areas and improved graphics and UI. I’m in for $35, but as little as $15 will get you a digital copy of the game upon release sometime this Summer. I’m definitely hyped for this one!
In terms of Pillars Of Eternity we have a release date: March 26th! And there was a new stream last night:
Part 1/4 Pillars of Eternity gameplay 01/15/2015 part 1 of 4 - YouTube
Part 2/4 Pillars of Eternity gameplay 01/15/2015 part 2 of 4 - YouTube
Part 3/4 Pillars of Eternity gameplay 01/15/2015 part 3 of 4 - YouTube
Part 4/4 Pillars of Eternity gameplay 01/15/2015 part 4 of 4 - YouTube
And yeah, pretty much everything in there is a big improvement over the beta I played earlier last year. It’s much easier to know at a glance what’s going on in combat, the UI looks polished up and scalable. There appears to be TONS of really good voice acting too. This game is really shaping up to be RPG of 2015.
Any other RPG’s you guys looking forward to?
