Trying to comprise a list of crimes that should be punishable immediately with a swift kick in the rear by the nearest person

-flicking a cigarette butt out the car window or anywhere on the ground
-spitting gum on a sidewalk in the summer
-really any form of littering

help me out people, please

You’ll probably find that Singapore has all these ‘crimes’ and a few more you haven’t thought of as well.
