My collarbone feels what i can best describe as extra bone on it near where it attaches to the sternum. There isn’t really any pain. What could it be?

My wife had Hodgkin’s disease, that started in that area. Actually it started as a swollen lymph node in her neck, the next site was in her sternum area.
