But, it lets me talk about Taco Bell, which I love, and miss.
I’ll take a Mexican Pizza, which is devine, and some Nachoes Bell Grande.
Do they still make either of those items?

While I don’t necessarily disagree, (the “Prepare to shit orange!” picture in that link made me laugh) he came in as if it were a new revelation, when just two posts up, someone had already mentioned the Dorito taco shells. So it doesn’t seem like he came to read and participate in the thread.
Spam is spam. Someone who signs up to make one post, and that post to promote a product – it’s spam, people, relevant or not. Many thanks to the person who (properly) finally reported it.

I always did enjoy the Crispy Gordito Fricata Fritatta Chalupa Tortilla with extra beans and spam, but a little goes a long ways.
Agreed. I was surprised at how well the combination works, though I guess I shouldn’t be.

I was in Hawaii recently and discovered by accident that Taco Bells there have Kalua Pork on the menu, like a Kalua Pork Grilled Stuffed Burrito. I hope they bring it to the mainland.
I do like their hot sauce.
I love Spam. Baked beans, eggs, toast, and Spam … eggs, bacon, Spam, and sausage … Lobster Thermidor a Crevette, with a fried egg on top and Spam… 
I wish they’d bring back the Taco Light. Fried Flour Shell, nothing light about it, but it was a childhood treat I really miss…
I’ve tried the Dorito shell taco and I was not impressed. Eaten whole it tasted like a regular taco. When I tried just a piece of the shell it definitely tasted like a nacho cheese dorito but when combined with everything else it seemed to get lost in the overall flavor.
I miss the nacho cheese chalupas. Those were divine. The chalupas are still on the menu here but not the nacho cheese ones. I wonder if I ask if they’ll throw some nacho cheese on a regular chalupa?
the nacho cheese chalupas are off the menu in my area too but they have no problem adding the nacho cheese to a regular one. i’d give it a try.
I mostly concur except I wouldn’t go so far as to say “not impressed.” I think the shell isn’t as flavored as the chips in a bag, but I thought it added a nice touch. Then again, I splurged for the fancier version (with sour cream & tomatoes - apparently the “regular” is just meat, cheese and lettuce) so that might affect my perception.
Overall, I give it a rating of: shrug not bad.

On the other hand, saying that to a Taco Bell fan is like telling a chocolate lover the chocolate store is just mostly chocolate in different shapes and sizes.
I like the Doritos tacos. Why didn’t they think of that sooner? I almost always have one. Right now TB is pushing this beef & cheese nacho burrito with little chips in it. Personally, I wish they’d stop sticking hard crunchy things inside burritos. Doesn’t do a thing for me.
Taco Time has actual food though, like they cook stuff up in there, and none of it is soy filler.
