Congratulations! We will be there on Thursday as the boy will be competing for World Champ in the XMA and Creative weapon and open hand competitions.
The streaming worked well last year when we watched the demo team competitions on ESPN 3 from our hotel room (on our iPad), so hopefully it will work this year as well.
… creative weapon?
The use of weapons to perform Tae Kwon Do which are not normally (traditionally) associated with it: sai, jitte, nunchaku, escrima. This seems to be the Taekwondo equivalent of Rhythmic Gymnastics, just probably a lot more violent (also why they have to use safety weapons rather than the real thing, apparently; let a real sai loose during a competition and somebody could get hurt pretty bad).
