Tawdry?: That stinging sensation...

This might not be in the best taste, but it’s certainly something I’m curious about; you are warned.

When one has an upset stomach and makes use of the bathroom, the anus can somtimes feel a ‘burning sensation’ for minutes afterwards…is this chemical? (Friends call this the ‘ring of fire’ effect).

If it is chemical, what’s the difference between the faeces during non-illness and times of illness? Maybe it’s something to do with the consistency of the stool, but this doesn’t make much sense either.

I leave it to the millions. Teem, if you will.

That’s amylopsin, tripsin, steapsin, polypeptidase, galactase, lactase, and other strong enzymes from the pancreas, some leftover hydrochloric acid from the tummy, and possibly the remnants of the habañero peppers you ate last night.

If you’re gonna evict it prematurely, some of the processing agents get dumped along with the incompletely digested food.
