Is it the same date?

In theory, it’s 1-31 (mailed by). But in practice, it’s more like 2-15, since Governmental enities can pretty well be a little late with impunity.
Thanks, Maybe this’ll get my wife off my back. (I want to get our refund soonest too as I need to buy some new tires) I told her griping doesn’t get it done.
