He’s right about the ass-less chaps, of course.
Well, sure, doesn’t everybody have a pair?
I had some, but I left them at the PETA meeting last week.
Always felt that to be something of a misnomer. Downright contradictory, in fact.
I have a pair of chapless asses – does that count?
Wear a certain kind of gear in cold weather and that will change.
Another thought, Rafe – if our Founding Founders were so brilliant, then what was Adams thinking when he signed the Alien and Sedition Acts? You know, what’s the point of coming up with a Constitution…if you directly violate that Constitution as soon as you become president?
Add my name to the list of those posing this question to YoureBeingABinkyBoo.
“Dammit, Samson… can’t you just use a spear like everybody else? We’re running out of pack mules!”
You know the difference between being vilified for dissent and vilified for being ignorant, whining, racist, nonsensical dipshits don’t you?
Just checking.
cite, please?
Where’s the evidence of any racist themes at the Tea Parties? I went to a couple of the rallies and there were black speakers who were warmly received by the audience.
You want to see some pictures of all the racist signs?
There are always a few tame negroes in with these crowds. It makes the rednecks feel justified because they can point and say, “see he agrees with us, and he’s one UV 'em.”
That’s why Juan Williams is on Fox News.
There have been racist signs in the past:
As for the stupid and ignorant part:
Not a tea-party, but a Sarah Palin booksigning:
Actually, to be fair, I appreciate that the Teabaggers probably encompass a wide range of views and the most extreme of those views get publicised. But you run a very strong risk of being associated with problematic themes if you attend a rally of angry people with no very clear leadership or agenda. Personally, I wouldn’t go near any such thing for this reason (even if I did have sympathy with some of the underlying themes, which I don’t).
Q: What would the founding fathers call a rally of angry people with no clear leadership or agenda?
A: A mob.
That’s not just a wisecrack. Checks and balances were instituted to avoid both power concentration and mob rule. And mobs had influence during the middle ages, though not as much as the state or the church. They were not believed to embody sweet reason.
“C’mon boy! Over here closer to this *bonfire *an’ WARM yourself! Hey, don’t run off… aw, hell. Where’d he get to now?”
Here is a picture of Dale Robertson, tea party organizer and owner of the Tea Party website (teaparty.org)
Hard to claim they have no racial intentions if they follow people like that.
Bbbut What the … !!! has already vouched for their character,
and surely What the … !!! wouldn’t do this without intimate knowledge of the movement and it’s …
Nevermind.
CMC fnord!
The “Teabagger” name is just fucking stupid. Equating a bunch of modern right-wing scarists with tax-avoiding colonialists is just stupid. The whole outrage over their existence is stupid. Ignore them and they will go away.
Dude can’t even spell racial slurs right. What a moran.
