Unless the title says so, these threads are assumed to be Spoiler free for at least a week if not more.
8 days is a good rule of thumb.
You can start a new thread and ensure you clearly indicate in the title that there are spoilers.
Such as: Ted Lasso, Season 4. There be same day spoilers within.
