teeny-boppers

<rant/>
…Why are there so many teeny-boppers on the dang net? Now there are posting here to get people to do their homework projects for them! Do it yourself, you lazy little dog!
And go to school, what are you doing on the net at 10AM?
And get out of the chat rooms too! I know your parents don’t know what dirty trash you are talking in these places, or they would wash your little mouths out with lots of soap! How can the pervs on the net NOT be tempted when you have 12 & 13 year old girls advertising for “a daddy figure”? Sick, on both sides.

Maybe if they were getting love and compassion and understanding at home, and decent study skills at school, they wouldn’t be forced to look for both on the net.

Bleh the internet is a double edged sword … a lot of good it can do but almost as much harm.

The “net” has been a good experience for my teens. They’ve learned to use the net for research for term papers and homework assignments…they use email to communicate with friends and family…and yes, a couple of them like to “chat”…

BTW, many high schools have net-connected PCs in a computer lab and/or their library and so you musn’t assume that a boper posting at 10:00 am isn’t in school…

TEENY-BOPPERS?
I haven’t heard that name used since the 1970s!

What? Me worry?’

LOL - sorry, I’ll try to update my slang.

Really, aenea! Get with the times:

“washing mouth out with soap” is cute, but today’s parents are more likely to “shrug shoulders and continue to watch TV”

“daddy figure” is sugardaddy, babby!

And “teeny-boppers” are now called “juvenile offenders”

Hell is Other People.

“Teeny-boppers” isn’t out-dated slang. I use it all the time. :slight_smile: Just so you know.
