Tell me about Polish food and Colombian food!

I moved here over the summer, and we have a relatively new Polish restaurant and a brand-new Colombian restaurant directly across the street. I haven’t been to either yet, but I love trying new foods (even though none of my friends do). What should I order? I’m familiar enough with kielbasa and pierogies, but are there other Polish delicacies I need to try? I am very familiar with Cuban food and I’ve had Argentinian a few times, but is Colombian extremely different from them?

Golumpkis are good - cabbage rolls stuffed with pork. And potato pancakes. But stay away from the duck blood soup.
