Does anybody have any old family recipes for homemade sausage. I’d love to find a traditional recipe for real Kielbasa. Not the commercial Polska Kielbasa, but the garlicky, peppery, and buttery White Kielbasa that one enjoys at a Polish wedding. My dad calls it Polish steak. I think the cuts of pork make a big difference in this Kielbasa, as well.
