Tell me about the candidates

I haven’t been paying nearly enough attention to politics this past presidential election, too busy with the other things in my life. My state (Georgia) has its primary election on the 5th, this coming Tuesday.

So, I don’t know much at all about the candidates, heck, I just found out 20 minutes ago that Guiliani dropped out. So tell me all about them. I would most likely vote in the Republican primaries, so I’m mostly intreasted in them.

I’m not looking for a debate on them, thats why I’m putting this in IMHO. If the mods decide to move it, thats up to them.

The viable Republican candidates are McCain, Romney, and mayyyyybe Huckabee. But most people think that it’s gonna be McCain or Romney , and are thus choosing between the two.

The issues pages on their websites are a good place to start for policy differences and their backgrounds. So are the wikipedia pages. If you’re interested in character differences, I’m not sure you’ll get that without a debate.

Some Republicans have crossed over to Obama , so check out his website too.
