When we ban a domain used by spammers, we occasionally catch a legitimate user in that net, and we’ll be happy to tweak the settings to make sure you can access the boards.

That’s why I asked manila to make a posting from his current IP location – when we see legitimate posters in a range used by spammers we endeavor to keep the IP block tight as possible so that we ban the spammer and keep the good guys.
