Usually that refers to situations of an adult nature where someone would have a problem with content that was not safe for the work environment but it also applies to pictures that might be upsetting to people. What appears to be bug dinners is one of those things.
Do not do this again. You can post your pictures but be sure to note in advance that the content may be upsetting – if you can post them with at least two separate clicks to get to them as well, all the better.
