Here’s a list of 500 named colors, including their RGB codes in hex and decimal.

ETA: Okay, on closer reading, he says that these color names can’t be used in HTML (which I assume means that some of them can’t be used), but here is another similar page with named colors that he says you can use.

I have an older edition of Dynamic HTML: The Definitive Reference (O’Reilly) that has a four-page table listing about 145 color names, that supposedly can all be used.
