The text is very small and difficult to read on Chrome, but I do have an odd craving for waffles. 
Works fine in Safari on my iPhone. Looks like the Waffle House sign then Olde Timey script.

FYI, the Waffle House text shows up as a bunch of numbered boxes on my work computer (windows 7 / Firefox).
ETA: It shows up as empty boxes on Chrome on the same computer.
FEMA has what it calls the Waffle House Index, which is a fairly crude but surprisingly useful metric about how an area is doing after a disaster.
GREEN: full menu - restaurant has power and damage is limited or no damage at all.
YELLOW: limited menu - no power or only power from a generator, or food supplies may be low.
RED: the restaurant is closed - indicating severe damage or severe flooding

On my work PC, that shows up as a row of question-mark diamonds with a huge jumbled undecipherable mess underneath.
In other words, I’d call it Waffle House Red.
I barely see wafflehouse.
