Permanent loss of drivers license and driving privileges
Destruction of her cell phone, permanent ban from smartphone ownership, indeed any cell capable of texting, limit her to an ancient, analog “brick” cell phone popular in the 1980’s, she doesn’t even rate an old Motorola StarTac flip phone, as the flip would distract her too much
