Thank god...

…Mr. Rilch got fired from the X-Files.

For those who don’t know it, the X-Files was shooting their season premiere this morning. A scaffolding touched a high-tension wire, and an electric named Jim Engh died.

:::moment of silence:::

That still might not have been Mr. Rilch, since that guy was first unit and Mr. Rilch was second, but it’s sobering all the same. I’d give Mr. Rilch some extra sweet loving tonight, but he’s not here; he’s driving east to visit family. He heard the news over the radio; great way to start a journey.

:frowning:

::: Hugs :::

I know how much that can hurt. Everytime I see something in the news about a Navy plane crashing, I get chills.

Don’t forget to hug Mr.Rilch extra hard and thank whomever. And wish Mr. Engh’s family peace and comfort.

I will do the second, and I would do the first if he were here.

About two years ago, someone we both knew died in a warehouse accident. We hadn’t liked him much, but we gave to the memorial fund for the sake of brotherhood.

rilchiam,

close calls make you realize how easily you can lose somebody special. the engh family didn’t have the opportunity to say how much they loved the lost one. don’t let that happen. that’s all. much love and many special wishes to all, especially mr. rilch

I read about this today on a site. I’m so sorry.
