Thank You

For criminy sake, all I was trying to say is that it is not fricken BLUE. I don’t know which is darker which is lighter but it is not fricken blue. This is like a bad dream…

We want piccies!

As for horseshoe crab blood, I thought it was green, as it’s copper-based. Am I sliding off the mark?

Hey, whoa, gang. No need for insults or snarkiness towards each other when you’re all on the same side here. Let’s drop the anger, hostility and crabbiness (heh) before it crosses that fuzzy grey line into personal insults.

Yeah, Cecil can be snarky in his column, but that’s Cecil. It doesn’t apply to us mere red-blooded human beans when making comments about other posters. (Blue-blooded human beans, such as the aforementioned Queen, rarely post here. We have, on occasion, had posts from creatures that probably are horseshoe crabs…

It’s a rather disconcerting milky blue color, far too like the stuff Luke drinks in Star Wars and totally unlike the always red blood of most humans.

Although this is off-topic and I certainly wouldn’t want to be responsible for derailing a thread, since I brought it …

Vulcan blood is green.

Vulcanized blood bounces.

Andros! Where ya been!? Welcome back!

Living the dream, man. Good to see you.
.

Yeah, and look where it got you: you wait on dogs, fer cripes sake.

<sniffily> well, all I can say is that MY blood is blue. <checks family tree–yep, blue-blooded ancestors still there> Lizzie and I share certain um, azure qualities, which ARE obvious to the public of our friends.

Perhaps the OP meant the public “peoles” and not all people.

(did Elves eat Vegemite? I need a cite for that).

I usually don’t come in here. Looks like I missed a chance to get all pissed off about a slight towards the Midwest. Aww…

::Shuffles back to MPSIMS::

elfbabe has. Cite: On Vegemite. See post #42

Cecil’s from Chicago, you know.

And a pretty large proportion of the TM is midwestern.

All the Andorians I know have blue blood.

Hey, I thought we weren’t supposed to give medical advice!

Its red inside their bodies. It only turns blue when it comes in contact with oxygen.

Shows how much you know about xenomedicine.

I flunked out of school because I refused to dissect a Tribble.

But would you declaw it?

Silly girl, they have no claws, the are more like fuzzy Sea Stars, the just extend their stomachs around their food sources and digest.

BTW: What color is a tribble’s blood, I suspect it is the same color as a Muppet.
