The only technical issue I’ve been having with the Dope lately is the same one I’ve been having everywhere: clicking. I honestly believe that a recent Windows XP update has somehow screwed up clicking in the operating system, because every computer I use (almost all XP) suddenly stopped clicking and double-clicking right all around the same time.

It’s odd for me to read posts like this too. I’ve had timeouts, sure, but nowhere near the number and frequency some others have gotten. Is it a time of day or visit length thing? I’m frankly (no pun intended) puzzled.

Well aren’t you the big risk taker! You should get less than 1:1 on that bet because it’s almost a certainty he will post at least once in 12 months.
I never bet. Just offering a fact. 
I get time outs and delays at times, too. But I’m posting from YEMEN! I’ve only had a few when I post in Canada. I wonder where the issues are coming from? The SD website? The person’s internet connection? Or, the person’s computer is not configured correctly or has some offending software (like Symantec or something similarly crappy)?
The more time you spend on the dope the more likely you will see the down times. But I think **Frank **was mostly talking about the search engine not working well. It fails out and then you need to wait 5 minutes to try again. If you rarely search this will not bother you. If you do search it can get quite aggravating. Me, I use Google now, single best recent change to the Dope was opening it up to Google.
