That "Bean Pot" In The Steak and Shake Commercials?

Right at the end of the last little vignette, they show a crock pot full of what looks like pork and beans for a split second and some guy says Bean Pot really fast, and then the commercial is over.

Does this have any special significance or is it like the producer’s trademark (such as “Sit Ubu sit! Good dog!”?) Or maybe they want us to know they also serve beans, but didn’t have time for a longer commercial?

Thanks

Q

It’s “Bean Crock”.

Just a little gimmicky way of saying you can get baked beans with your meal, if you desire. No special significance within the restaurant itself.

I love that bean crock! It’s hilarious! It should get its own show!

Bean crock.

Oh, you absolute horror of a human being. Here I am in Seattle with no Steak 'n Shake. No delicious burders to cap off a night like at UofI champ-bana. I got Dick’s Drive in here…guess what the burgers taste like? Look back 12 words. Enjoy it. Go there now. They are open.

They’re building a Steak n’ Shake near my house in North Texas. I’ve never seen one before or heard of it. Could someone give me the rundown on what they are?

Steak 'n Shake’s Website.

You’ll probably hear “In Sight, It Must Be Right” - this is just S’nS-ese for “We cook the burgers out where you can see them.” If you sit at the counter you can watch them cooking. A good cook is a sight to behold - they get darn busy.
