There’s a certain font that seems to be very common for books in French that I don’t think I’ve ever seen in an English-language book. Does anyone know which font I’m talking about?
I don’t know what you mean, but I’ll give you a bump; do you have a picture of a book or something?
Is it a font that would be used in, say, a novel or something? Or is it a “title” font that would be used artistically as the font for, say, a magazine article’s title or something?
Is it a serif or sans-serif font (click here for examples)?
Linotype has a vast array of fonts. Maybe you can find it there? Please post back if you have any luck.
