The only wired utility I have is electric, we had to buy the poles to have a rural coop run the lines. Very pricey. And I totally understand portable laptops and phones are battery operated. You do have to charge them though. My TV and Internet is satellite, also. If you come to my road you won’t get any cell service. The only place where there is wi-fi is my house. It was spotty at best til we got Hughesnet. That has just been for the last 2 years.
