How is it false advertising? They are selling you cheap, nay worthless sunglasses at highly inflated S&H fees. They can set the “Retail” price at $5 million if they want. It’s not like anybody buys them at that price. The glasses are dangerously worthless and anybody who buys them is a sucker. But it isn’t illegal in the least.
My favorite part is that for every four pairs of free* sunglasses you order, you can also order a free* chronograph watch. Or, just order the watch for free* with no sunglasses. But then you’ll have to pay shipping and handling charges. Oh… wait.
Also, the shipping fee changes depending on the price you’re not paying for the sunglasses. That’s like class with a capital C, right there.
