Well, I finally quit smoking. Yipee! I was really sick this last week and was so sick I couldn’t stand to smoke. So I figured that if I could go without smoking for 5 days… why not just quit for good. So I did.
Anyway, I just wanted to share the good news. Looks like I can start the timer on my SilkQuit clock now!
And Satan, if you should happen to pop in, I tried to IM you on Yahoo but don’t know if I added your name correctly. Is there an ’ before the Neill? Hope you don’t mind if I IM you from time to time if I need some help or encouragement!
I quit smoking 2 years ago and I’ve never been happier with a decision. Everytime I walk by the smoking area at work I STILL think “WoW, I’m glad I quit smoking”
I quit three years and eight months ago after smoking for forty plus years. Look at the money I burned up and the time I wasted. You can quitand you will never be sorry that you did.
I HAVE BEEN SMOKE-FREE FOR:
Six months, one day, 19 hours, 42 minutes and 45 seconds.
7392 cigarettes not smoked, saving $924.10.
Extra life with Drain Bead: 3 weeks, 4 days, 16 hours, 0 minutes.
I smoked for 20 years, then a friend of mine died of throat cancer.
That was 12 years ago.
Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I ever did,
and the best thing I ever did.
Be strong!
