The end-flap has a Velcro button at the top that keeps it closed. It opens downward. Next is a telephone booth. Two doors open outwards in the usual way. Then there’s an iron door. Half opens upward, and half opens downward. Only then does one get to the five boxes of DVDs.
I totally have to add this to my x-mas list. I remember staying up late in elementary school to watch this on Nick at Night and loving it, even at that wee age.
But I think to discuss matters further, we should use the cone of silence…
It’s a little strange watching the series. Don Adams is dead. Edward Platt is dead. Robert Karvelas (Larabee) is dead. King Moody (Shtarker) is dead. Oh-so-hot Agent 99 Barbara Feldon is almost 75 years old.
Man, I love that Sunbeam Tiger. I heard that Don Adams still owned it as late as the 1990s. I wonder where it is now?
I’m old enough to have watched this show weekly during it’s original run. It was on from 1965-70, which meant I was 14 when it made it’s debut. 14 and car crazy!
I always thought it was very weird that Max went from a Sunbeam Tiger, to an Opel GT, to a Kharman Ghia over the course of the show. Each car progressively less cool!
