Actually, the genuine report noted only that 92% of those arrested for violence in demonstrations lived with their parents. In fact, all the statistics presented referred only to those arrested.
Now, if one wishes to conclude that young left-wing demonstrators tend to be violent and live with their parents, (in specific situations in Berlin), one is free to do so.
Presenting a misleading (and erroneous) headline as if it referred to all left-wing protestors as a “fact” is something I would expect from Spicer or Conway.
