What this needs is to end with the fake cat being hurled across the room into an open bottle with such force that it pops right inside, and therefore be a commercial for bonsaikitten.
[ul] [sup]PETA is investigating as we speak![/sup][/ul]
It’s an actual commercial for I think Nokia mobile phones. I saw it on TV 2 nights ago here in Australia. I doubt it will last long.
What’s PETA? Pets Entertaining Television Addicts??
People Eating Tasty Animals
[sub]Either that, or “People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals”[/sub]
Oh, damn that was funny. I was thinking that even if it was real, I’ve seen cats take harder hits than that and shake it off. Cats are tough, ya know? Not that I’m advocating tying cats to fans and spinning them into the wall.
Here’s one of my all-time favourite “cat” videos. (Warning: Highly addictive and likely to get stuck in your head all day!)
LOL! That’s right up there with this!
That’s surprising, because according to Nokia Australia, it’s a fake!
Hehe. I like the new sig, sperfur.
Thank you. It seems particularly appropriate right now.
Y’know, this detailed and analytical discussion of the possible use of CGI trickery in a video of a cat swinging on a ceiling fan is exactly why I totally love the SDMB.
