Up second or third weekend of December, usually. Down pretty close to New Year’s Day (usually the weekend right before or after - this year probably something like Jan 2).

Up: whenever we get around to it, but any time after Thanksgiving.
Down: whenever we get around to it, always after January 1 but sometimes not until we are expecting guests some time later in the month.

Tree:
Up: 2nd or 3rd weekend in December (don’t want it to get too dry)
Down: Weekend after Epiphany.

Lights and lawn decorations:
Up: No earlier than first Sunday of Advent (usually Thanksgiving weekend). I usually slip a week and do first weekend in December.
Down: First weekend after Epiphany, although Jan. 6 is the last day I’ll turn on the lights.
