The Apprentice -- 4/28

I felt that way til Craig gave her the young lady lecture and now I’m starting to feel pretty sympathetic towards her. I don’t like her manner or the way she talks but I think she’s smarter than he is. I agree they have a dysfunctional relationship and they’re polarized but the way I imagine it, in the real world he wouldn’t get away with his end of the crap. Her end of the crap, she probably *could * get away with. Especially if she has stragegic personal relationships with the right people! Just kidding. (Except not really.)

I agree 100% about the pricing for the T-shirts. I guess I already said it, but I’ll say it again, I think both teams should have been more confident in their pricing. Tana and that bedazzler obsession was just killing me. When she got hit by the bedazzler thunderbolt I was as excited as she was because it certainly would be a delightful good time to bedazzle a bunch of t-shirts and then sell them to rich people at an outrageous price. But she took it too far. It’s not that much fun. Sometimes the craft store is dangerously enticing. It can make you lose all sense of perspective. It was kind of funny when she was calling around. If I worked at a store and Tana called me and started making those crazy noises when I told her the Bedazzler was out of stock, I would probably get eyeball roller’s strain. Like if she says, “aw gee no Bedazzler? That’s terrible oh really?” they’ll find one in the back room they forgot about. She’s so embarassing.
