matt_mcl: Yup, I kept that dress and I’ll keep it forever. My mother made it for me, sewed it with her own two hands (well, and a sewing machine, but the beading on the bodice was by hand.) and I would have kept it anyways, because I love it (swirly skirt!!! you have no idea the sheer amount of fabric in that skirt… tis all swishy and wonderful!)… but since my mother passed away in July of 2001, I’m definitely never letting it go, even if at some point I lose/gain enough weight that it won’t fit.
And Opal, you are freakin awesome. And so pretty!! And also awesome. The face paint pics are gorgeous! And I love your hair. Yay!
fizzes – you are adorable, honey, if I was attracted to women I’d want you. (Don’t kill me punha! I like penis, I swear!) But you are soo cute!
And as for my self-confidence… it wasn’t always like this, trust me. I used to hate myself with a passion. Then stuff happened, I grew up, and I realized that I really am pretty darn cool, and if I don’t think I’m hot, then no one else will… so here I am, and I rock. (Still, it’s so great for my ego to get compliments from you guys. :D)
